RunKeeper keeps the hotness coming
RunKeeper 2.0 is out, and it looks fantastic. This new version is largely a redesign of the same feature-set, but it's also a free upgrade, so who's complaining?
I love RunKeeper. Since August I've run 340 kilometers during 49 hours burning a total of 36k calories. I've lost 30 lbs and feel great about all of the above.
I've said this a few times to friends and others interested in running or why I'm suddenly able to consistently exercise: I think the core reality is that I'm a nerd and I lust after data. RunKeeper helps me to track the data for my exercise thus keeping my mind engaged. Every day I run I'm thinking about my last run, how I can shave off a few seconds, where in my run did I slow down last time, etc.
Are you a fatboy with an iPhone who has wanted to run and get some exercise for years but couldn't seem to keep it up? Buy RunKeeper now (or just use the fully functional and still amazing free version.)
